Metal tool, with an anatomical design, specially designed for facial aesthetic work. Created by Juliana Lepri, this improved adaptation of the traditional Chinese instrument called Gua Sha allows to adapt to the contours and facial musculature thanks to its springs to help the speech therapist in the effective execution of the myofacial release technique. Thus, thanks to the non-invasive myofacial release technique, its frequent use can stimulate skin rejuvenation, promote a more appropriate tone, reactivate the metabolism of the muscles, generate an improvement in blood circulation and oxygenate the face providing a smoother skin appearance.

The main function of Viso Care is to mobilize, stretch and relax the soft tissue (skin, muscle fascia and connective tissue), making it more malleable to movement. The pressure on the skin, associated with the scraping action and local friction, stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation in the area to be treated, causing nutrients to be transferred more easily and in greater quantity to the skin and adjacent structures. As evidence of increased circulation, there is cutaneous hyperemia (microscopically elevated skin temperature) and an increase in the number of active cutaneous capillaries. The use of this technique can reduce edema and relieve muscle tension.

In addition to the effects mentioned above, some studies also mention a variety of other physiological effects, such as stimulation of fibroblasts, collagen and elastin fibers. Considered as a non-invasive and low-cost rejuvenation technique, it can be very well associated withaesthetic speech therapy, as a coadjuvant technique in the prevention and smoothing of wrinkles. It should be noted that this technique does not reverse aging, but it can revitalize the skin, smooth the appearance of fine wrinkles, expression lines, soften scars, prevent and reduce drooping eyelids, improve sagging of the face and neck, etc.
Regular use of Viso Care can bring a smoother and more relaxed appearance to the face, rebalancing facial tensions and smoothing the appearance of fine lines, expression wrinkles and even scars. This technique has many advantages over other lifting treatments, as it is relatively painless, non-invasive, does not require surgery or long recovery periods, and does not use abrasive chemicals or other potentially harmful and painful procedures.

Indications: Viso Care Pró-Fono is indicated for use by speech therapists and other health professionals (physiotherapists, dentists, etc.) as an auxiliary tool for therapeutic and/or aesthetic purposes. This therapeutic massage technique can be applied in clinical speech therapy practice as one of the resources of aesthetic treatment for the prevention and smoothing of fine wrinkles and expression lines; smoothing of scars; prevention and reduction of drooping eyelids; and prevention and reduction of sagging of the face and neck. It should be noted that this technique does not reverse aging, but it can smooth the appearance of wrinkles and devitalize the skin.

Contraindications: this product is contraindicated for people with chronic or acute dermatological diseases, including skin tumors; people with vascular problems or coagulopathies; and/or people in a feverish state or in infectious processes. It is also not indicated for use in persons who have recently (last six months) undergone Botox, filler, peeling or thread lift. It is also recommended that use with caution in people with sensitive skin and / or prone to excessive bruising.
