Bubble or puff element therapy promotes the management of expiratory, nasal or oral murmur , depending on how the elements are used. The murmur can help us to:
- Facilitate abdominal involvement, airflow control, lip rounding or narinary work, tongue retraction, etc.
- Teach patients to use a long, continuous and controlled oral airflow to support phonation.
- Have a fun time, both in session and at home, as blowing bubbles is very motivating.

Bubble therapy or blowing elements promote expiratory murmur management (nasal or oral, depending on how the elements are used) by facilitating abdominal involvement, airflow control, lip rounding or narinary work, tongue retraction, etc. Different elements will help us to teach patients to use an elongated, continuous and controlled oral airflow to support phonation.
