El monstruo de colores – Pop up

El Monstruo de los Colores (The Color Monster) is Anna Llenas' picture book, a benchmark of emotional education. A monster whose emotions are all mixed up learns to sort them by matching each one to a colour: joy with yellow, sadness with blue, anger with red, fear with black and calm with green.

A book to talk about emotions with children

Because of its simple way of naming what we feel, it is an ideal tool to work on emotion recognition at home, in the classroom and in the clinic. The El Monstruo de los Colores story helps young children identify, name and regulate what they feel.
