Description
Story Cubes is a very interesting game, consisting of 3 illustrated dice with 6 images each. This material is suitable for working on both oral and written language. Specifically, the game allows to sharpen the wit, imagination, creativity, problem solving… essential skills in the creation of stories, the invention of an ending and endless activities that we can think of.
The game consists of rolling the dice of your choice and start making up stories involving the illustrated elements. This resource can be used as a game for one or more players, or as a party game in which each player has to continue the story where the previous one left off. It awards points as a prize for the speed of improvisation, or for inventiveness, or imagination… Very interesting resource to improve verbal fluency, both in the mother tongue and in all those who want to have more fluency.
In addition, the instructions include several different ways to use the cubes to solve problems such as breaking writer’s block, improving your imagination, and increasing your ability to find unifying themes among various images….
It’s time to play!
The set includes 3 dice (2x2x2cm) with illustrations of doctors (e.g. goal, stopwatch, canoe,…) and a magnetized box to transport and protect the material. To use this reference, which is an extension, it is recommended to already have the Story cubes classic.
