Orofacial Cooling Strips are indicated for the stimulation of thermal sensitivity (cold) and the consequent increase of proprioception. They can be used to work on the proprioception of any orofacial region. The leaves, 12 cm long x 5 cm wide, are protected by a removable plastic film and are available in mint aroma (green color) and lavender aroma (lilac color).
It is recommended to do an allergy test or acceptance of the strip before performing a treatment with the mimsas. For this it is necessary to adhere the strip in the desired region and after one hour check the skin reaction. If there is no hyperemia or other skin reaction, the strip can be adhered for longer periods. Otherwise, the treatment will be interrupted.
A single use per strip is recommended and the process can be repeated up to three times a day with a new strip. For external body use only. Avoid direct contact with mucous membranes, nose and mouth. Adult supervision is necessary when used on children.
