The ARK Sensory Marker is a great tactile device for home, school or work.
As a bookmark or reading guide, it fits discreetly with the rest of your desk elements without standing out specifically as a sensory tool. If you run your fingertips over the 4 different textured sections, you will discover small bumps, larger bumps, straight lines and diagonal lines. The lines have a smoother feel, while the bumps have a more pronounced feel for different levels of tactile input.
Ideal as a reading guide, to follow the text on the page through the bookmark.
As an added benefit: the markers are soft and flexible: bend, twist, roll and move them. Especially interesting for those children or adults who need to have something in their hands to entertain themselves or avoid harmful oral habits.
