Description
Reusable hygienic mask, made of hypoallergenic flexible thermoplastic rubber, which makes this protection product soft and comfortable, making it very comfortable even when worn for long hours or long working days. In the lower part of the mask, there is an opening in which the disposable filter with a bacterial filtration efficiency of over 98% is placed, allowing air circulation and minimal fogging. It is compatible with the use of glasses, although it is necessary to modify the support point of the bridge on the mask. It is very soft and the bands are very comfortable, it is advisable to rest about 5 minutes every 40 minutes of use.
It is advisable to replace the filter approximately every 24 hours to ensure maximum efficiency. Each filter is equivalent to one mask.
Ideal for the protection of all healthcare professionals or users who have to continue their activity during the fight against the coronavirus pandemic and want to expose or show the mouth to facilitate communication. This product is not considered PPE.
This hygienic mask has been a revolutionary innovation as it can be easily washed and disinfected (by hand with soap and water or even washed in the dishwasher). The use of metallic sponges or scouring pads is not recommended as they may damage the mask.
Various colors available: transparent and green. Includes 10 replacement filters. The measures are 11cm high for 12cm wide approximately.

Reference: Hygienic grade D filter.
Composition: TNT spunbond fabric 30gr/m2 100% P.P. Hydrophobic plus a layer of nanotechnology plus TNT spunbond fabric 30gr/m2 100% P.P. Hydrophobic being a three-layer fabric.
The fabric has been tested by Aitex with the number 2020TM1378.
Complies with the specification for hygienic masks with non-reusable filter of the new UNE 0064-1:2020 specification.
Meets EN 14683:2019 + AC2019 performance requirements for surgical masks 5.2.2 , 5.2.3 , 5.2.4 for type IIR
