It allows to detect the taste, to humidify the mouth and to stimulate the swallowing reflex in the patient by basal stimulation. Its quick and easy preparation requires the Air-Set accessory. Requires a small amount of product. Plant-based product, gluten, lactose and allergen free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Flavoured air foams

The Air-Set is an air pump with a silicone tube, 4 pipettes, 2 measuring scoops and 5 sachets of texturiser, for turning any liquid into an air foam. It is the brand's best-selling product in our shop. The Air Instant sachets are the texturiser it uses: they make intensely flavoured foams that melt in the mouth.

Spuma Instant makes stable food foams with a mousse texture, using a siphon or a blender. Visco Instant Clear is a clear thickener for liquids, sauces and drinks that holds its texture in the mouth. For shaped dishes, Gelea Instant is a gelling agent for soft, lump-free jellies that can be frozen, heated or baked up to 70 °C. Spuma, Visco and Gelea are plant-based, free from gluten, lactose and allergens, and suitable for vegans.
