MFS Multifunction System is a set of devices designed by Dr José Durán von Arx to work on oral functions: breathing, swallowing and chewing. The full kit has six devices in four sizes each. Logopedicum sells three of them individually.

The MFS devices

The muscle relaxant has side discs intended to relax the chewing muscles and can be used on its own or with the bite plane. The bite plane is an anterior bite-raising plane always combined with the relaxant: together they make up the MFS anti-bruxism device, worn at night.

Nasal breathing

The nasal stimulator works on the muscles of the nasal wing and is indicated for alar collapse, when airflow through the nostrils narrows.

Why buy MFS Multifunction System at Logopedicum?

You can order each device on its own rather than the full kit. The choice of device, size and wearing schedule is up to the professional managing the case.
