When using Lax Vox, the depth at which the tube is in the water plays an important role because it determines the water resistance. The tube holder fixes the tube at the optimal height in the bottle so that it is just right for you, ensuring that the tube does not accidentally slide too deep into the water. This is especially important for children and patients with neurological problems who cannot pay attention to the depth of the tube during exercise.
This holder is made of flexible foam and is easy to stretch to allow the tube to be comfortably inserted in the center. The groove at the bottom facilitates attachment to the neck of a bottle with an inner diameter of at least 2.8 cm and a maximum outer diameter of 4 cm. It is important to always leave a small space for air to escape, otherwise the exercise will be too strenuous. If the activity is too difficult, rotate the tube holder and use it without attaching it to the bottle.
