Neurodyn Compact

The Neurodyn Compact is a device for the application of electric current via electrodes in direct contact with the patient for the therapy of neuromuscular dysfunctions with TENS, FES and Russian currents. It has two independent intensity adjustment channels. It allows the choice of T (pulse duration) from 50 µs to 500 µs and R (pulse repetition frequency) from 0.5 Hz to 250 Hz. The selection of these parameters (T and R) is made via touch keypad with the information displayed on the liquid crystal display. Amplitude of 250 mA on all channels. The FES current is indicated for prevention or treatment of disuse atrophy, increase of local blood circulation, muscle re-education, maintenance or increase of range of motion and relaxation of spastic muscles. TENS current is indicated for symptomatic relief and treatment of chronic pain, increase of local blood circulation, symptomatic relief of acute post-traumatic pain and acute post-operative pain. This equipment should be used only under prescription and supervision of a qualified professional.

TENS: conventional, acupuncture, brief and intense.

TENS VIF: with automatic variation of intensity and frequency.

TENS B: TENS BURST, modulated in pulse sequences at 2Hz.

FES S: synchronized.

FES R: reciprocal.

TENS S VIF: synchronized with automatic variation of intensity and frequency.

FES R: reciprocal FES with automatic variation of intensity and frequency. RUSSIAN CURRENT: continuous, synchronized and reciprocal mode.
