Description
Play with dyslexia.
It is a didactic game, which aims to stimulate the cognitive skills that interfere in the learning of children with Dyslexia. Dyslexia is a specific learning, reading and writing disorder. For this reason, materials for working with these children are usually reduced to language-related activities. The objective of this material is to stimulate other functions that are also related to dyslexia. Thus, by working on these skills, children will be able to improve their performance. This game includes 10 different challenges: mazes, memory, reasoning, flexibility, coordination, attention, sequences, visuospatial, perception and language.
Rules of the game. Objective: To be the player who manages to get the most cards, competing in 10 types of challenges. Development: The pile of cards is placed on the center of the table, with the challenge face up. The youngest player starts by turning over the first card of the center deck. When a participant thinks he/she has found the solution, he/she will cover the card with his/her hand as quickly as possible. The participant gives his answer and then removes his hand to check if the answer is correct. Only one answer is allowed per player per turn. Correct answer: The player takes the card and places it in front of him, adding a point in his favor. Incorrect answer: In case of error, the participant who makes a mistake will place the card at the end of the deck and will lose a point. End of the game: The game ends when there are no more cards in the central deck, winning the player who has more challenges in his possession.
