Set of teethers to help stabilize the jaw
A kit or set of four teethers, which are used in hierarchy, will help us to assess jaw skill levels and work to improve jaw stability, symmetry of movements, etc. The skills acquired can then be transferred to aspects of feeding (you can teach children to chew food to improve food safety) and facilitate phonation or provide greater clarity of speech and. Bite Tubes can also be used to satisfy the patient’s need for stimulation of the masticatory musculature, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) exercise and as a control of harmful habits such as teeth grinding or bruxism, thumb sucking, pacifier use, among others.
