Todos ellos se ilustran con ejemplos reales de publicaciones importantes, especialmente seleccionados para facilitar la comprensión del texto. Además, se incluyen aspectos generales sobre la investigación científica, cuestiones éticas y orientaciones para la preparación de proyectos de investigación.
Está dirigido a estudiantes y profesionales del ámbito de la logopedia que tengan interés en la investigación, permitiéndoles conocer los métodos empleados y seleccionar en sus proyectos los diseños más adecuados.
