Information and support
Hand wash or clean with soap and water, avoid getting the inside of the earpiece and foam wet.
If the ear muffs seem too tight, you can stretch them slightly. Simply place two chairs back to back and stretch the earmuffs over the two chairs. alternatively you can leave them open over a door. After leaving the earmuffs on for a while, they will have stretched a little, which will make them a little less tight when worn.
