El aprendizaje de las matemáticas presenta el mayor índice de fracaso dentro de las disciplinas escolares. En el primer cuarto del siglo XX se empezó a manejar el término discalculia aplicado a una pérdida de la capacidad de contar que aparecía en enfermos neurológicos con una lesión cerebral determinada. Posteriormente se intentó ampliar este concepto a otras dificultades relacionadas con el aprendizaje de las matemáticas. Pero, ¿es la discalculia la causa de todas las dificultades?

Las investigaciones han seguido dos caminos: el de las alteraciones neurológicas por un lado, y el estudio psicopedagógico de los factores que intervienen en el aprendizaje de las matemáticas, por otro, para tratar de hallar las causas del fracaso.

En este libro se hace una aportación, partiendo de la experiencia en diagnóstico y orientación de dificultades escolares; fruto de ese trabajo es el libro que presentamos. Se pretende encontrar las causas de dicho fracaso, y para ello se analizan los elementos que entran en la enseñanza (contenidos, didáctica, maduración psicológica de los niños), junto a otros aspectos como el entorno socio-cultural y problemas específicos.

On one side of the card we find the situation to be analyzed and described and on the other side, the magnifying glass will allow us to detect a possible solution through the expression and management of feelings of the characters. The "magic" effect of the magnifying glass makes this game very dynamic and entertaining while promoting empathy.

Training sorption

Auditory memory consisting of 16 jars or boxes, made of natural wood that simulate the body of a caterpillar, containing different elements (rice, mini bells, glass beads, ...) that generate various sounds. By shaking and listening carefully, players determine which two boxes of the sensory game should be together. The weight is also useful in the search and the transparent disk at the bottom of the jars makes it easy to check the result.

The set consists of 16 jars or sound boxes.
